Thank you so much for visiting Iceman Nick. Our customers are the heart of everything we do, and we strive to ensure your experience with Iceman Nick is the one that you will want to repeat and share with your friends.

Customer Care

Iceman Nick jewelry consultants are available Monday - Saturday  from 11am CST to 5pm CST via live chat and at sales@icemannick.com. We will answer to your emails and chat messages in about 30 minutes and often much sooner.

We value your comments, feedback, testimonials etc which help us improve our website, products and services. 

Privacy

In general, you can browse our website without telling us who you are and revealing any personal information about yourself. You may decide to provide us with your personal information while submitting a contact form or placing an order online.

Shipping

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight based. The weight of any such item can be found on its product description section or product page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

 

Once you place the order on our website, we will need at least 5-7 business days to process your order before shipping it out. We ship most of our orders via FedEx and with the Standard or Priority Overnight option.

Return

You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund only if the return is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item from our side ). You should expect to receive a refund within 2 weeks after we receive your return package. 

No Refunds or Exchanges are allowed on custom jewelry and Instagram deals.
