You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund only if the return is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item from our side ). You should expect to receive a refund within 2 weeks after we receive your return package. No Refunds or Exchanges are allowed on custom jewelry and Instagram deals.
