Shipping Policy
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight based. The weight of any such item can be found on its product description section or product page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Once you place the order on our website, we will need at least 5-7 business days to process your order before shipping it out. We ship most of our orders via FedEx and UPS and with the Standard or Priority Overnight option
Return & Exchange Policy
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund only if the return is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item from our side ). You should expect to receive a refund within 2 weeks after we receive your return package.
No Refunds or Exchanges are allowed on custom jewelry and Instagram deals.
